Qualifications

• Six to eight years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/PCB industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time product deliveries and on-schedule projects.
• Forecasting, planning and monitoring efficiency for strategies.
• Participate in pricing, bids, and contract terms development.
• Manage customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Lead regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Provide performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
