Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine plus years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits.
• Manages day-to-day activities of customer programs to ensure on-time product deliveries and on-schedule projects.
• Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication.
• Develops plans to meet commitments and schedules for customers.
• Participates in forecasting, planning and monitoring of account strategies and profitability.
