• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a significant Customer Focused team within a site.
• Manages program management, SCM, engineering, quality and manufacturing operations in the CFT.
• Drives continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Accountable for financial performance and budget forecasting.
• Represents company to customer at working/senior level.
