Job summary

You will work with pricing and contract terms, monitor satisfaction, and lead program tracking meetings with the client and internal team. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and financial oversight, with experience in SCM, manufacturing processes and PCB pricing considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure on-time product deliveries and on-schedule programs.
• Forecast, plan and monitor the efficiency and execution of strategies.
• Participate in pricing and bid preparation and manage contract terms.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle surveys, complaints, and issue resolution.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Coordinate and lead program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams.
