Celestica seeks a seasoned Consultant, Customer Business Unit Program Management in Fort Worth to ensure customer-focused teams meet delivery schedules, product development, and quality plans, including new product introductions and site transfers.

The role collaborates on competitive quotes, monitors forecasts and budgets, leads program tracking meetings, and communicates with senior management to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience in program management or consulting.
• Experience managing customer accounts, forecasts, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary interface between the customer and Celestica for programs.
• Manages profitability, forecasting, planning and monitoring efficiency.
• Collaborates with site teams to ensure on-schedule, quality deliveries.
• Oversees projects including NPI, site transfers, and contract execution.
• Hosts regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Monitors programs to meet revenue targets and address issues.
• Maintains communication with customers for satisfaction and feedback.
• Forecasts, plans, prices, and monitors inventory impacts of changes.
• Provides performance reporting for Operations and Customer Reviews.
• Supports account planning and strategy with sales and business development.
• Manages internal budgets and proposes customer budgets for site operations.
• Advises on cost recovery, methods, and claims.
• Demonstrates leadership to motivate teams and meet production goals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, MRP, pricing, and contracts.
• Experience with NPI, product development, site transfers, or repairs.
• Strong Excel-based financial analysis and cost tracking.
