Celestica is seeking a Customer Focused Team Director to lead a large team at our Fort Worth facility. You will oversee program management, SCM, engineering, and quality reporting to a CFT Manager, with responsibility for customer execution, costs, and performance across site operations.

You will drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and interact with executives and major customers to ensure world-class outcomes and loyalty. Fort Worth-based, senior leadership role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 11-14 years relevant experience with at least two years in program management and operations.

• Lead a very large or complex Customer Focused Team within a site through managers.
• Own total business execution for a customer or group of customers.
• Oversee program management, SCM, engineering, quality reporting to the CFT Manager.
• Ensure manufacturing operations deliver customer business and loyalty.
• Create and implement action plans to resolve customer issues.
• Lead lean initiatives and ensure successful completion.
• Plan, manage and control CFT performance and direction.
• Establish policies and evaluate results; monitor MOR metrics.
• Report performance to site/regional management and leadership.
• Budget, forecast, and manage costs and resources for the CFT.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD/GCU to win new business opportunities.
