Responsibilities

• Stay in touch with active clients and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Run quarterly NPS calls to collect feedback.
• Collect testimonials on Clutch and LinkedIn; conduct exit interviews when needed.
• Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments.
