Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Customer Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions to manage regional and cross-business relationships with a key global brand owner in personal care.

Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; and East Coast remote options. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 level.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to drive value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX and deliver results.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth through cross-business opportunities.
• Communicate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
