Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global personal care brand. Locations include Midland, MI; Collegeville, PA; Houston, TX; Marietta, GA; and East Coast (virtual).

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities, while leading cross-functional teams and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth across cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short-term vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
