Job summary

Geotab in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of customer pilots and implementations, delivering high-impact results and adoption.

You will collaborate with customers, senior management, cross-functional teams and external resources, guiding project goals, milestones and risk management while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit. Travel flexibility and PM leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in Project Management or Customer Delivery.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders across a cross-functional matrix.
• Proficiency with Jira and Google Suite is preferred.
• Flexible to travel; passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of projects focused on customer experience.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and senior management.
• Lead project teams, set goals and milestones, manage risks and scope changes.
• Provide status updates on milestones and dependencies to leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior Delivery Managers.
