Job summary

Geotab Inc. is seeking a Pilot Success Manager to oversee strategic customer pilots across North America and Latin America, driving value realization and ROI through proofs of concept. You’ll partner with sales, engineering, and customer success to map customer challenges to Geotab’s telematics and IoT solutions.

The role requires strong project management, consultative selling, and the ability to travel occasionally to customer sites. Experience with PoCs in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of strategic customer pilots for new business prospects and expansions.
• Act as trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders using pilot data to address concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to define pilot objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver final pilot summary presentations to executives with ROI-focused recommendations.
