THG Ingenuity is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of US fulfilment customers from New Jersey. You will drive relationships, ensure continued value and identify growth opportunities across THG Fulfil’s services and technology stack.

Based in New Jersey, you will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Automation, Project Management and Commercial teams to deliver outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships for the US proposition.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of US fulfilment customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, priorities and growth plans.
• Maintain regular communication, align expectations and resolve issues quickly.
• Support contract renewals and expansion opportunities with the commercial team.
• Analyze order volumes, fulfilment performance and inventory to identify improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new US customers onto the THG Fulfil平台.
• Collaborate across operations, technology, automation, project management and finance.
