THG Ingenuity in New Jersey is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join THG Fulfil and grow US enterprise customers. You will own day-to-day relationships and drive growth across fulfilment, ecommerce, automation, and other THG Fulfil services.

This highly collaborative role requires partnering with operations, technology, automation, project management and commercial teams to deliver value and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise customer success and relationship management.
• Ability to drive growth opportunities across services and products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of US fulfilment customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships across fulfilment, ecommerce, automation, and other THG Fulfil services.
• Produce and present performance reports, with data-driven insights into operation performance.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new US customers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Support contract renewals and expansions with commercial teams.
• Maintain proactive communication and escalate risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Automation, Project Management, Finance and Commercial teams.
