OpenGov is seeking a Customer Success Manager II in Dallas, TX. You will own a portfolio of roughly 80 public sector customers, driving proactive success, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

This is a commercially-driven role with a focus on retention and value delivery for local and state governments. You will lead executive business reviews, leverage health metrics to guide outreach, and partner with Product/Engineering to ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
• Understand quota/retention targets and how to hit them.
• Experience managing 50+ accounts at scale.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for your customers and drive proactive success.
• Identify at-risk accounts early and develop plans to stabilize usage and renewals.
• Manage the full renewal cycle and drive net revenue retention and expansions.
• Conduct regular executive business reviews to align OpenGov value with customer goals.
• Voice of the Customer to Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
