OpenGov is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of high-value public-sector accounts. You will preserve relationships, prevent churn, and drive expansion through strategic alignment with Sales and Product leadership.

You’ll mentor junior CSMs, travel to engage customers, and contribute to go-to-market refinement. A background in large-scale SaaS for finance/software is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales in a complex tech/finance SaaS stack.
• Proven track record of exceeding retention and revenue goals.
• Strong communication and executive-level relationship-building skills.

• Own high-value account portfolio, drive net retention and renewals.
• Prescribe solutions with customer success plans to drive adoption and expansion.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align OpenGov value with strategic initiatives.
• Bridge customers with Product and Field leadership to drive improvements and resolve escalations.
• Advocate for customers and manage a large list of accounts with proactive escalation handling.
• Travel to engage customers and lead regional user groups.
