Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, drive ARR growth, and ensure renewals. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion while translating data-driven insights into customer value. Travel 10-20% and collaborate with Sales to uncover new opportunities, delivering executive reviews to key contacts.

This role supports remote work with site visits as needed; Bachelor's degree required and U.S. work authorization is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of site-based or multisite accounts to ensure ARR and renewal success.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions using CRM data.
• Translate insights into customer value to grow ARR and subscriptions.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews to main customer contacts.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify new contract opportunities.
• Provide feedback to portfolio teams to improve service offerings.
