Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers realize value from Rockwell's subscription and services contracts. You will drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, reporting outcomes and growth opportunities to leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer-facing roles, experience with ARR growth, and familiarity with Gainsight and PowerBI. Some travel will be required as part of a remote-friendly, global team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
2+ years in a customer-focused or sales role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of site-based or multisite-based accounts to drive ARR and renewals.
Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal motions using data from CRM and tools.
Translate data into customer value to grow service contracts and subscriptions.
Deliver Executive Business Review (EBR) to main customer contacts.
Collaborate with sales and business leads to identify new contract opportunities.
Provide feedback to the portfolio team to inform service offerings.
