Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own ARR across a portfolio of site-based accounts. You will lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal motions, using CRM data to drive customer value and expand service contracts and software subscriptions.

You will deliver Executive Business Reviews to key contacts, work with sales to uncover new contract opportunities, and feed customer feedback into service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and meet ARR targets for all contracts and software subscriptions within a portfolio of site-based accounts.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal motions using data and workflow information from CRM and data tools.
• Translate data and insights into customer value, driving increased service contracts and software subscriptions.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBR) to main customer contacts.
• Collaborate with sales and business leads to identify new contract opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the portfolio team to ensure customer feedback shapes service offerings.
