Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the United States seeks a Customer Success Manager to steward a portfolio of site-based accounts, drive renewal rates, and expand ARR through value realization. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and renewal motions using CRM and data tools, deliver Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate with sales to uncover new contract opportunities.

Travel 10-20%, Bachelor's degree required, US work authorization, and experience in manufacturing or automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ARR targets for contracts and subscriptions within portfolio.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions using CRM and data tools.
• Translate data into customer value to increase service contracts and subscriptions.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews to main customer contacts.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new contract opportunities.
• Provide feedback to portfolio team to reflect customer needs in offerings.
