Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with end users through meetings and emails to deliver value.
• Monitor usage and lead sessions to drive platform adoption.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and best-practice adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to strengthen adoption for renewals.
• Leverage insights to strengthen customers' ROI cases.
