Cyabra seeks a highly analytical Customer Success Manager to support and grow a portfolio of clients across brands, PR/Marketing agencies, talent agencies, banks and NGOs. You’ll act as a strategic partner, helping clients extract insights, optimize campaigns, and maximize Cyabra’s platform value.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure each interaction adds value. Based in New York with travel and in-person client meetings, you’ll thrive at the intersection of

Competenze

• 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles at a SaaS company.
• Proven experience working with brands, marketing teams, and/or PR agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data in a business-focused way.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients including brands, PR & Marketing agencies, talent agencies, banks & financial institutions and NGOs.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to help clients realize value from the platform.
• Analyze data to surface actionable insights and improve brand reputation and campaign performance.
