All Lines Technology Inc. seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with senior client executives and IT leadership. You will lead Strategic Business Reviews, deliver data-driven insights, and align services with business goals to drive long-term partnership growth.

In this role, you will build trusted-advisor relationships, monitor health metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and craft plans that improve adoption and retention across a portfolio of complex clients.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years in customer success, account management, or IT-related roles.
Experience discussing infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and managed IT services.
Experience presenting to executives and facilitating business discussions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
