Job summary

Stripe is hiring a Sales Manager for Stripe Crypto’s existing business in the US. You will lead a team of Account Executives focused on growing relationships with scaled and mid-market customers, driving retention and expansion of product adoption.

You will partner with Stripe Crypto leadership to shape long-term sales strategy, guide high-growth accounts, and translate complex crypto/fintech concepts into strong business outcomes. Office-based in NYC or SSF as per policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying sales team.
• Proven ability to grow revenue via expansion and retention.
• Ability to hire and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives serving Stripe Crypto's existing customers in the scaled and mid-market segment.
• Own growth and retention targets: payment volume, cross-sell, product adoption, renewals.
• Partner with Stripe Crypto leadership to refine long-term existing business sales strategy.
• Support AEs with consultative, solution-oriented customer approaches.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance and other teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Engage directly with strategic, high-growth accounts including executive stakeholders.
