Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to build project plans, manage timelines, milestones, risks, and accountability.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of operational, financial, and customer implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready updates.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and project reporting methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, stakeholder maps, and status reporting tools.
• Ensure each project has defined scope, business case, outcomes, resource requirements, and governance model.
• Drive execution discipline by aligning priorities, timing, decision rights, and accountabilities.
• Proactively identify barriers and resolve issues quickly with leaders and team members.
• Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams while prioritizing high-value activities.
