Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson in Irving, TX is seeking a Credit Administrator to support daily accounts receivable activities and assist the Credit team in reconciliation and reporting.

You will process the Bad Debt File, payments, invoices, W9 requests, and tax certificates while maintaining accurate customer records. Strong typing (50 wpm), ten-key by touch, hot-key systems, and MS Office proficiency are required. Salary is $23.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 50 wpm or higher.
• Ten-key by touch is required.
• Experience with hot-key based systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process the Bad Debt File including write-offs and recoveries.
• Handle requests from collection agencies for checks and invoices.
• Process Lockbox and Telecheck-related items and credits.
• Run Credit Card Payments as needed.
• Process Check Copy Requests and AR refunds.
• Print and process daily bank correspondence files.
• Handle W9 Requests, bankruptcy docs and tax certificates.
• Process credit references and credit memos from Corporate Office.
• Assist auditors and maintain active file cabinets and offsite storage.
• Process yearly property tax invoices and reconcile payments.
• Assist Credit Representatives in applying payments and adjustments.
• Process mail-outs of returned mail; various other duties.
• Edit invoices in PDFs for PO updates and update customer records.
• Create new customer accounts including contract files and fee records.
• Support the Credit team in account reconciliation; participate in special projects.
