Responsibilities

• Process utility invoices and update data in the database.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Research vendor issues including statement reviews.
• Mail checks and remittances to vendors for payment.
• Send invoices to locations for approval and follow up.
• Contact vendors for updated W-9s and 1099 information.
• Back-up receptionist for phone coverage; support audits as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
