Teachable is rebuilding its go-to-market in the AI era. We’re seeking a collaborative, results-driven Partnerships Manager to grow Teachable's business through creator-economy partnerships.

You’ll hunt top creators, motivate them to join, and convert relationships into measurable acquisition and revenue. You will represent Teachable in high-stakes partner conversations and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth to turn wins into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
• Established network across creator economy, B2B, or AI.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct.
• Autonomous self-starter in fast, cross-functional environments.
• Public speaking and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and land partnerships with top creators and businesses.
• Own partner relationships end to end with cross-functional support.
• Drive retention and renewal of Teachable partners.
• Design and run co-marketing programs and campaigns that grow Teachable alongside partners.
• Manage pipeline and negotiate commercial terms.
• Represent Teachable at events and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth to align goals.
• Track performance and report insights to sharpen approach.
