Job summary

Thnks seeks a Partnerships and Community Manager to build our creator network and drive engagement across communities and corporate partners. You will own the end-to-end process from sourcing creators to running the calendar of co-marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on B2B sellers and revenue leaders.

You will manage day-to-day community activities, craft briefs, and scale workflows with AI tools while reporting measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building creator, influencer, community, or partner marketing programs (B2B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of creator landscape across LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Direct experience running co-marketing with partners, including joint calendars and campaigns.
• High-cadence execution with fast, iterative delivery.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to win consensus.
• AI-native approach to scaling workflows using tools to source creators, draft briefs, schedule, and track results.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign creators yourself, focusing on real B2B sellers and revenue leaders.
• Build and run the community day-to-day with posting, moderating, and hosting discussions.
• Build partner co-marketing with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Concur, EcoCart, and Thnks Local.
• Celebrate practitioners with awards and spotlights to turn customers into advocates.
• Attend events to sponsor or host dinners and build relationships.
• Track performance: signups, post reach, and partner impact; report outcomes.
