Job summary

Teachable, a platform for experts and businesses, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow the business through creator-economy collaborations. You will hunt for top creators, pitch Teachable, and guide partners to onboarding while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Growth.

This hybrid NYC role reports to the Head of Marketing. You will build partnerships, negotiate deals, manage pipeline, and drive retention and revenue in a remote-first culture with periodic in-person events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales in SaaS or the creator economy.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with high-value partners.
• Network across creator economy, B2B, or AI space that can be activated from day one.

Responsibilities

• Identify and land partnerships with top creators and businesses, owning the full journey from first conversation through signed deal and onboarding.
• Own key partner relationships end to end, with support from a program coordinator on delivery and day-to-day account management.
• Drive retention by keeping partners engaged, successful, and renewing with Teachable.
• Design and run co-marketing programs, offers, webinars, and campaigns that grow Teachable alongside our partners.
• Manage the pipeline by sourcing and prioritizing opportunities and maintaining a healthy, well-managed funnel.
• Negotiate and structure deals with terms favorable to both sides.
• Represent Teachable at events and in partner conversations, building relationships across the creator economy.
