Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and account management experience in selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, or data & analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on marketing plans.
• Prospect new clients using CoStar Group data to close new business.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends.
• Provide excellent customer support with regular, value-added communication.
• Conduct in-person meetings and travel as needed to grow the client base.
