CoStar Group’s LoopNet team in Detroit, MI is seeking a Sales Executive to partner with top property owners and brokers. You will design digital marketing strategies, demonstrate ROI from our analytic tools, and drive revenue through consultative, relationship-based selling.

You will train extensively, develop market credibility, and expand your client portfolio by prospecting, monitoring industry trends, and delivering tailored solutions. This is an on-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle B2B sales in CRE, digital advertising, or data/analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check required.

• Relationship Management – build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted adviser.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data and close new business.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends in your market.
• Deliver exceptional client support with regular communication and market insights.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed.
