Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Executive for LoopNet in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving advertising revenue, and delivering digital marketing solutions to top CRE owners and brokers.

You will prospect, demonstrate products, and manage a growing client portfolio with strong training and support from a market-leading team. You will work on-site in Cleveland, engage with senior-level clients, and leverage CoStar’s data to guide strategy and ROI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle sales in a B2B environment, ideally CRE/digital advertising/PropTech.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor.
• Prospect new clients using property data to drive sales and close deals.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and market trends.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed to grow client portfolio.
