Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Customer Management Leader to drive growth with major retailers including H-E-B, Publix and Albertsons. You will own sales strategy, annual planning, and day-to-day operations, aligning customer plans with company objectives.

You will build senior‑level relationships, lead cross‑functional teams, and manage trade investments, pricing, and P&L to maximize profitable growth using data and market insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience within CPG and/or broker.
• Proficient in utilizing syndicated data, including SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI.
• Proficiency with trade management systems.
• Strong forecasting skills.
• P&L management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of customer management for H-E-B, Publix, and Albertsons, including sales strategy, annual planning, and day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and execute customer-specific business plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders across merchandising, category management, supply chain, and executive leadership.
• Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, pricing initiatives, and contract discussions.
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, merchandising, and category growth.
• Use syndicated data, customer insights, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and inform business decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
• Deliver comprehensive business reviews and Joint Business Plans.
