Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Digital Commerce Analytics leader to accelerate sales performance through data-driven strategies across DTC channels. You will own promotional-effectiveness analyses, optimization of AOV, conversion rates, and CLV initiatives, while forecasting revenue and profitability.

You will guide merchandising decisions, oversee promotional calendars, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready insights and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital commerce or ecommerce analytics role.
• Hands-on Shopify storefront experience including admin, reporting, products, collections, merchandising, promotions coordination, and QA.
• Experience with social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, required.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights and strategic recommendations at the executive level.
• Advanced understanding of digital direct-to-consumer metrics, KPIs, and industry benchmarks across an omni-channel environment.
• Strong experience leading or influencing supply processes and sales forecasting methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Google Analytics 4.
• Knowledge of subscription business models and optimization strategies preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and execution of opportunities to accelerate sales through promotional-effectiveness analysis.
• Optimize AOV, conversion rate, and CLV initiatives; measure tests and campaigns against benchmarks.
• Develop revenue/ profitability forecasts across current and emerging digital channels.
• Deliver performance-driven recommendations for executive leadership.
• Guide merchandising teams on product assortment, placement, and promotions across DTC channels.
• Oversee promotional calendars and coordinate with brand and marketing teams.
• Use product data to inform inventory planning and product development decisions.
• Lead go-to-market execution for launches and promotional moments.
• Develop assortment strategies and service enhancements for digital commerce.
• Analyze acquisition and retention data with paid media and loyalty teams.
