Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, construction management, or related field required.
10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
Proven leadership and business development experience with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
Performing and reviewing cost segregation studies for commercial and residential properties.
Advising clients on cost segregation benefits and strategies.
Staying current on tax laws, regulations, and IRS guidance.
