Job summary

Withum seeks an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services Team. This role leads a national Cost Segregation practice, combining deep technical expertise with leadership to grow client engagements across commercial, residential, and hospitality assets.

You will mentor professionals, develop scalable processes, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand services nationwide while delivering strategic tax planning and substantial value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
• Proven leadership and business development experience in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Collaborating with regional, industry, and national leadership teams to identify and prioritize market opportunities.
• Driving expansion and penetration within strategic tax clients and target markets.
• Partnering with Tax Partners and Client Service Leaders to position Withum for success in competitive opportunities.
• Maintaining active participation in business development initiatives, including pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
