Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Cost Manager to lead early-stage cost estimates for its Puget Sound portfolio, informing capital and O&M planning. The role develops ROMs, manages estimates, and supports project initiation with strong budgeting solutions and benchmarking insights.

The incumbent will oversee cost activities through the lifecycle, coordinate with project teams, ensure governance, and deliver standardized cost modeling using Tango, SharePoint, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, or construction finance.
• Proven experience developing conceptual and schematic-level budgets for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, SAP, Excel, Power BI and financial tracking platforms such as Tango.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Cost Estimating & Capital Planning: develop ROMs and cost estimates for Puget Sound projects to support decisions.
• Provide cost reviews of budgets, estimates, contractor proposals, and change orders to identify cost risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and review RFP inputs; ensure estimates and schedules align with project requirements.
• Create and manage ROM and estimating tools for consistency and accuracy.
