Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls (Cost) to lead cost performance on large capital projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering cost insights, forecasts, and risk mitigation while mentoring junior staff.

You will partner with project teams to align cost, schedule, and performance, develop budgets and cash flows, and provide executive summaries of financial performance. This role is client-facing and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls, cost management, cost engineering, financial analysis, or construction PM on large capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience in complex, cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost control processes, tools, and reporting for large capital projects and programs.
• Provide cost management expertise, forecasting insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cost plans, and cash flow analyses aligned with objectives.
• Monitor cost performance, identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cost management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
