Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to manage cost management activities across complex projects in the Project & Development Services group. You will work with senior project managers, clients, and stakeholders to support strategic cost plans from early lifecycle phases through closeout.

The role requires 8+ years in cost management on capital projects, expertise in Excel, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in cost management on capital projects.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Excel expertise required.
• Construction industry experience required; life sciences preferred.
• Strong communication, oral and written.
• Experience with cost management on design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
• Integrate all plans and cost components into an integrated cost plan.
• Provide detailed cost analysis to project manager, client, and third parties.
• Drive accruals and forecast process monthly/biweekly/weekly as required.
• Support risk management and quantitative risk assessments.
• Develop and lead earned value components for complex programs.
• Review/approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties.
• Assist with development of RFPs, RFQs and related contract negotiations.
• Drive development of project estimates and cost management procedures.
