Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; Certification preferred.
• Ten+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the department.
• Advanced project controls skills; client relations and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management across multiple projects.
• Escalation point for complex controls issues.
• QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
• Lead client meetings related to project controls.
• Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
• Support resourcing and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate and integrate all third‑party plans and cost components into a comprehensive cost plan.
