Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to manage cost controls for one or more complex capital programs. You will collaborate with senior project managers, clients and stakeholders to craft strategic cost plans from the early lifecycle through closeout.

You will develop, manage and report cost reports, drive risk and earned value activities, and support RFP/contract negotiations. Strong Excel expertise and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years of cost management experience on capital projects including design and construction phases.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Integrate all third plans and cost components into an integrated cost plan.
• Provide detailed cost analysis to the project manager, client and others on cost risk, issues and mitigations.
• Drive accruals and forecast process with monthly/biweekly/weekly cadence as required.
• Support risk management and quantitative risk assessments when required.
• Develop and lead the earned value component of complex manufacturing programs.
• Support development of project control and execution plans.
• Review/approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties.
• Assist with development of RFPs, RFQs and other contract negotiations.
• Drive development of project estimates and value engineering.
