Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, project controls.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and validation of complex cost estimates.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to optimize estimate quality.
• Develop and implement estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
• Advise leadership on cost strategies and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Mentor team members on estimating processes.
