Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead, Project Controls (Estimating) to guide cost and schedule management on high-risk projects in a client-facing role. You will lead estimating and scheduling workstreams, coordinate with analysts and schedulers, and act as the primary contact for project controls delivery.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years of capital project experience, expert cost/schedule software usage, and outstanding communication skills to ensure delivery aligns with corporate controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field with eight+ years of cost or schedule management on capital projects.
Experience leading complex project controls in matrix environments and interfacing with clients.
Proficiency with cost/schedule management software and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cost, estimating, and schedule workstreams on complex projects.
Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers.
Interface directly with client stakeholders.
Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks.
Support managers with reporting and delivery oversight.
