RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a long‑term production program. The role partners with PMs, CAMs, IPT Leads, Finance, and OSC to ensure disciplined financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across a multi‑year contract.

You will lead cost analysis, EAC development, and provide financial guidance to the program team while maintaining Earned Value Management and contract data requirements. Relocation assistance is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Mansioni

• Forecast, risk identification, and financial planning independently.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for program reviews and reporting.
• Maintain Earned Value Management implementation.
• Support development of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Logs, R&Os).
