Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a professional for a hybrid role focused on program financial management. You will review EACs, analyze spend trends, manage IPT manpower and ESPB planning, support proposals and pricing, and handle IPT/NRE financials along with weekly reporting and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3–5+ years of related experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and U.S. citizenship is required due to access constraints.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews for programs and product line summaries.
• Performing trend analysis for spend rates and EVMS metrics at the product line level.
• Managing manpower planning for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and ESPB.
• Supporting proposal activities and pricing exercises.
• Managing financial responsibilities for IPT and NRE efforts across the portfolio.
• Preparing weekly reporting and invoicing.
• Performing various ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
