Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Tucson, AZ to understand and forecast key business and financial drivers across defense contracts. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and program management to deliver cost analyses, EACs, and financial insights for leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP ERP, and advanced MS Office capabilities, with hybrid work and comprehensive benefits in a large aerospace portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with matrix organizations across contracts, engineering, operations, PM, supply chain, quality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP ERP (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business and financial drivers for contracts; identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Forecast, perform risk identification, and financial planning with independence.
• Collaborate with teams to meet contract, program, and customer goals.
• Provide cost, schedule, and financial reporting using company tools and processes.
• Develop quarterly EAC and LRE; deliver finance guidance to program team.
