RTX is seeking a Sr Analyst, Program Cost Controls (P2) to support MRIC programs. You will partner with Program Management, Scheduling, Contracts, and CAMs to provide accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and Earned Value Management support.

The role combines financial planning, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid onsite/remote position, with locations including Tucson, Andover, Huntsville, McKinney, or Orlando.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience communicating financial information in written and verbal form.
• U.S. citizenship required to access government systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare cost, schedule, and financial reporting including funding analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain program baseline with PMB reconciliation and EVM data.
• Deliver weekly/monthly cost and performance monitoring; develop EACs.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early issue flags.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Support IOT Joint Venture financials and ensure timely EACs and budgets.
• Foster process discipline and continuous improvement across Program Control.
