Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting professional, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and recruiting analytics.
• Passion for people, culture, and building talent.
• Lead and develop a team, including setting priorities and coaching performance.
