Job summary

Wingstop in the Dallas area is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technology, digital, product, engineering, data, AI, cybersecurity, and other technical functions. You will partner with technology and business leaders to translate requirements into effective strategies and deliver strong candidate experiences.

As Wingstop expands its technology capabilities, you will build proactive pipelines for AI, machine learning, data science, and related emerging skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Experience recruiting across software engineering, data, analytics, cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology, digital, product, engineering, data, analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and other technical functions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role scope, interview approach, sourcing strategy, and market expectations.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for AI, machine learning, data science, generative AI, automation, and related skills.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct screens to assess technical experience, business impact, motivation, and role fit.
• Provide market intelligence on availability, compensation, and competition to leaders.
• Manage the recruiting process from intake through offer and onboarding.
