Zusammenfassung

Wingstop is seeking a Field Leadership Recruiter in Dallas to support high-volume restaurant leadership hiring and select corporate roles. You will blend recruiting administration with full-cycle recruiting for leaders such as General Manager and District Manager, while coordinating events and managing data accuracy.

Expect up to 25% local travel, dedicated requisition maintenance, and close collaboration with hiring leaders to ensure a strong candidate experience that reflects Wingstop’s brand

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions, candidates, stakeholders, or locations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage detailed administrative work while also conducting candidate outreach and coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day maintenance of 250–300 evergreen restaurant requisitions with updates and data validation.
• Plan and execute hiring events for openings and acquisitions, including logistics and post-event reporting.
• Provide end-to-end administrative support: scheduling, communications, offers, onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring leaders on pipeline health and risks.
